You Know Where Your Creative Juices Are?

Creativity, oh how I love thee! Let me build, compose, construct, cut, edit, dance, draw, film, paint, perform, produce, record, sew, sing, type, vocalize and write all the many ways. For us right-brained individuals – and even those left-brained individuals with right-brained tendencies – creativity is essential to our livelihood like air, food and water. It flows through our bloodstream giving us the sustenance needed to come up with out-of-the-box ideas and create wondrous works of art.

I’m a writer first and foremost, but I enjoy all forms of art. As a matter a fact I started off wanting to be a kindergarten teacher (just for the arts and crafts aspect), then a cartoonist, then an actor, then a writer and finally a filmmaker (although the last 2 are interchangeable). The Grammar-less Life was created not only to showcase the work that I’ve done and my thought process behind the work and beyond, but also to showcase work from other creative individuals who challenge, inspire and motivate me to want to create more. The right side of my brain won’t be the only muscle to get a work out. The left side of my brain will also come into play as I post about how raising kids, maintaining a social life and living in a world gone completely mad tend to affect the flow of the creative juices.
